All sessions take place by appointment only in Kingston-Upon-Thames, West London.

Counselling and psychotherapy provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings about any problem being encountered. The gentle process of psychological exploration that I practice, supports the release of painful and self-defeating emotions, leading to a greater and more compassionate self-understanding, which assists in the resolution of conflicting and dysfunctional behaviours. There is a positive outcome to this work as individual difficulties are recognized as opportunities for personal growth. The limitations of current behavior patterns are gradually discarded and one learns to develop creative and innovative behaviours that lead to personal authenticity and a fulfilled sense of self- empowerment.

Counseling is usually a shorter term endeavor of between 6-12 weeks with a specific goal orientated outcome. Psychotherapy, however, explores psychological growth in far greater depth and enables the client to develop a more effective and fulfilling personality structure. It often sets out to heal the wounding of early abuse or neglect and requires a commitment to longer-term work. Both have a deeply affirmative perspective and honours each person on his or her way to living life with more joy, love and happiness.
